CEIC DATA ADDS SIX NEW COUNTRIES TO ITS EMERGING MARKET

Coverage of Croatia, Hungary, Israel, Peru Slovenia and United Arab Emirates data now available on the CEIC service.

London, UK, January 01, 2007 – CEIC Data, an ISI Emerging Markets Company, announces the release of six more countries in their premium macro-economic, time series database. The countries added in the latest release include Croatia, Hungary, Israel, Peru, Slovenia and United Arab Emirates. The additional coverage brings the number of economies covered by CEIC database products to fifty one.

Each country product has an extensive coverage of at least 5000 economic, industry and financial time series. Obtained, maintained and updated by CEIC analysts on sight in the emerging markets, data comes from over 40 prominent local information sources such as Central Statistical organizations, Ministry of Foreign Relations, Central banks, Ministries of Finance, Stock Exchanges, Chamber of Economy and National Communications Authorities.
