ISI EMERGING MARKETS UNVEILS IMPROVED WEBSITE

New York, NY, March 1, 2005 - ISI Emerging Markets, the leading provider of Internet-delivered emerging markets business intelligence, today announced a significant interface upgrade to its flagship Emerging Markets Information Service (available at www.securities.com). Designed in response to customer feedback and extensive user testing, the changes are both graphic and navigational, improving look and feel as well as usability. Also included is a makeover of the company’s corporate homepage.

This latest version updates and enhances the usability and the visual experience of our online service.”

Key improvements include among others:

• A cleaner look for the Company and Industry tabs
• The ability to search for a particular industry, and ability to view by Sector or by Industry in the Industry tab
• A Navigation bar that features sub categories - when placing your cursor over a tab, a second horizontal navigation bar with more concise sub-topics will appear
• Removal of extraneous links from margins of all pages to decrease clutter
• The ability to make the Advanced Search your default entry point on the service
