AD "Žitosrem" exists since 1956. Today it is a business system with rounded technology units in a series of adequate modern facilities.
Within the company there are silos for grain storage capacity of 40,000 tons, kilns, mills with modern equipment daily capacity of 120 tons of flour silos, and modern industrial bakery capacity of 20,000 loaves of bread a day.
"Žitosrem" has an automatic line for making waffle products that are produced as wafers with different tastes, automatic production line for baklava crust and strudels with a 1,200 kg for 8 hours, and the latest technological equipment for making quick frozen puff pastry.
