Delta DMD D.O.O. Beograd is owned by the Cyprian Hemslade Trading Limited and the Serbian Delta Investment doo Beograd. It was founded in 1997 and currently is a leading company for distribution of consumer goods in Serbia. The company also operates in Montenegro since 2001. Delta DMD supplies 12,000 shops in Serbia and 850 more in Montenegro. It runs four distribution centres in Serbia, based in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Cacak and Nis, and one in Podgotica, Montenegro.
Delta DMD has established a logistics company called Delta Transport System (DTS).
