With a complex structure and scale, this group's activities focus mainly on three main areas: energy supply, waterway industry and urban development.  Based on Vietnam Real Estate Broker Association, industrial real estate became more active in many cities and provinces like Long An, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, Bac Giang… Vietnam had 260 industrial zones in operation in 2020. About 75 industrial real estate projects were under construction. Average occupancy rate was over 70%. According to Binh Duong Industrial Zones Authority, industrial zones in province attracted 2,926 projects, including 654 domestic investment projects with total registered capital of VND 72,498 billion and 2,272 foreign investment projects with total registered FDI capital of nearly USD 24 billion (accounting for 69% of total registered FDI capital in Binh Duong Province) by the end of Oct 2020.
