The subject was founded in 2009 with 100% private enterprise operating in operating in the field of wholesaling and retailing of petroleum. Currently, the subject has many branches and owned & co-owned petrol stations in domestic. Some of its main partners and customers like as PETROLIMEX, VIET OIL, PV OIL, HAIHA PETRO, ANH PHATPETRO, BIDV, MB, VIETCOMBANK….Financially, although the COVID – 19 pandemics has been affected not good to the companies in Vietnam, the subject's net sales were still strongly increased over years, from VND 309,426 million in 2017 to VND 7,748,732 million in 2021. However, the costs of goods sold margin also increase made net income reduce and only obtained VND 38 million. So, the subject's business efficiency was humble.Remarkably, the Russia – Ukraine war and strong fluctuation of the world's petroleum price in 2022, we predict the subject may face many difficulties in the future.
