2009: Renamed to Vietnam Forestry Corporation - Company Limited on November 25, 2009.
2016: Renamed to Vietnam Forestry Corporation – Joint Stock Company on September 1, 2016.
2017: Shares of the Company were listed at Hanoi Stock Exchange (UPCOM) with code VIF . The first day of trading is on January 12, 2017.
2019: The Company s shares were delisted from Upcom and relisted on Hanoi stock exchange since Feb, 3, 2020
