The subject is a privately held company, which is contributed capital by six shareholders under the charter capital of VND 280 billion. It specializes in manufacturing copper tubes for refrigeration, shipping, and construction industries and trading copper materials. As revealed by a staff of the subject, the copper materials and accessories are imported from China, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, etc. Besides the domestic market, the subject's copper tube products have been exported to many countries in the world, including the USA, India, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, etc.After being negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the subject's consolidated net revenue increased strongly to a peak of VND 4.03 trillion in 2021. According to the Chief Accountant, soaring copper material prices and increasing sales quantity were reasons for that peak. Then, because of the cooper prices cooling down along with reduced orders from clients due to the harmfulness of the post-Covid economic recession, its consolidated sales have gone down since mid-2022. In detail, the company reported VND 3.46 trillion of consolidated net revenue last year, down by 14.03% compared to that peak. Its target consolidated net revenue for the FYE 31 Dec 2023 is around VND 3 trillion, she added.
