Founded in 2014 as a 100% FDI company, the subject is engaged in manufacturing and processing electronic components, mainly electronic circuit boards and touch screens for smartphones, tablets, and cameras. It is considered one of the 1st level vendors of Samsung, supplying to Samsung Electronics in Vietnam (particularly Samsung Electronics Vietnam in Bac Ninh Province and Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen in Thai Nguyen Province), Samsung in India, Singapore, etc. As revealed, about 90% of products are provided to Samsung.Since Mar 2021, Synopex Vina2 Joint Stock Company - a company founded in 2016 has been merged into the subject company, expanding its scale remarkably. Both assets and turnover increased in 2021. However, relocating the headquarters from Ha Noi City to Bac Ninh Province in late 2020 caused a huge number of expenses (both including depreciation expenses for machinery and equipment and operating expense). Therefore, it suffered heavy losses in 2021. Next to 2022, the company reported a huge net income of VND 185 billion and the profitability was good.
