The subject - South Thien Long Manufacturing Trading Company Limited  was established under the restructuring decision of Thien Long Group Corporation (known as Thien Long Group) when Thien Long Group transferred the entire investment project of stationery production to its subsidiaries and only focuses on brand research and development, investment and capital coordination in the Group.The subject specializes in producing and trading types of pens and stationery to meet the domestic and export needs of its parent company. The group of pens and utility office products under Thien Long brand has been the main and long-standing product group of the Group since its inception and is leading the domestic market with about 60% market share. At the end of Aug 2022, Thien Long Group announced that it would contribute an additional VND 50 billion to the subject with the aim of securing capital to expand production projects and create new products in upcoming time. Via making additional capital contributions into the subject and other member companies, Thien Long Group desires to build up the "empire" of stationery, books and magazines.In 2022, Thien Long Group made many innovations in order to satisfy the market requirements and increase automation rate in factory. Typically, many high-productivity automatic technology lines (from Switzerland, Germany…) were applied. According to Thien Long Group's annual report 2022, the automation rate at factory was raised to 81.38%, from 78.86% in 2021. The Group's overall labor productivity was also increased. In addition, a solar system was also put into operation, contributing to save costs and protect the environment. Most notably, Thien Long Group recorded optimistic business results when exceeding 8% of revenue and 43% of profit as planned in that year.In latest investigation, as confirmed, the subject is operating at present with total workforce of 1,000 employees.
