Founded in 2007, the subject now participates in trading petroleum, gasoline and related products. Current it does not have import or expot activities. It not only wholesales throughout Northern Provinces but also runs gas stations in Phu Tho, Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Lao Cai Provinces and Hanoi City.Besides, the subject also owns PVOIL Building at No. 148 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi City, Vietnam. Being inaugurated in May 2014, this building is an office building for lease.In conclusion, after nearly 13 years of operation, the subject has been expanded remarkably. However, the COVID-19 Pandemic has been affecting negatively the whole economy, especially gas and old trade and the subject is not an exception. In detail, selling price plummeted while market demand also dropped due to social isolation. Therefore, its business result in 2020 will be not as good as previous years.
