The subject company was established in 2012 in Ha Noi City. It is contributed by three individuals under the charter capital VND 110 billion. Mr. Nguyen Tho Anh, Chairman is still the biggest shareholder with an ownership rate of 91%. The shares of Mr. Do Ngoc Luan have been transferred to Ms. Phu Dung. Mr. Luan currently does not work for the company.The subject specializes in trading agricultural products and materials for feed production such as bran, soybean… Its partners come from many countries such as Singapore, India, China, Switzerland, the USA, etc. At present, the subject only supplies products to domestic customers, does not export.Turnover still had growth year over year, especially in 2019 and 2020, turnover reached nearly 5,000 billion dongs. However, the costs of goods sold and operating expenses were high hence the profitability performance was very modest. The subject mainly operated by interest-bearing debts hence its capital structure was unsafe. Periodic monitoring is needed for the subject's transactions at present.
