The collateral for these bonds is receivables from business cooperation contracts between Nam Thai Son Joint Stock Company and OLECO-NQ Company Limited. Additional collateral also includes property rights or land use rights (in case OLECO-NQ is granted a land use right certificate) and future receivables arising from the transfer of 1191 land lots at TNR Stars Dien Chau Project.TNR Stars Dien Chau project is invested by OLECO-NQ Company Limited.
