The subject was established in 2017 but its owners has experienced in the field since 2012 through LONG THUAN INVESTMENT CORPORATION. As public, Long Thuan Group includes Long Thuan Group Corporation (the subject), Long Thuan Investment Corporation and Long Phuoc Trading Investment Corporation. Long Thuan Group specializes in trading coal, biomass fuels and agricultural products (pepper, cashew, coffee, rubber...); Port services and investment. It is the owner of 2 buoys BP12 and BP13, at Go Gia anchorage, capable of receiving ships up to 120,000 DWT. The buoys are great assets to its closed supply chain from coal mines to customers' warehouses. It has synchronously invested in a waterway and road transport system with more than 50 trucks and 6 barges capable of 4,500 tons to transport goods to customers' warehouses. It is also investing in 02 floating crane systems and will soon be put into operation to serve the transportation, loading and unloading services at the Go Gia buoy area. Long Thuan Group is the sole owner of Ong Keo Industrial Park General Port project (Long Thuan Port). This is one of the seaports in the group 4 seaport system according to Decision No. 1579/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister: Approving the master plan for the development of Vietnam's seaport system in the period of 2021 - 2030, a vision to 2050. Anticipating the future thriving growth of the Long Tau River, Long Thuan port is designed with a berth length of 800m to receive ships with a tonnage of up to 50,000 DWT (the berth is structured for vessels of 70,000 DWT). -    Location: Group 6, Hamlet 3, Phuoc Khanh Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.-    Investment capital: 6,000 billion VND. -    Area: 70 hectares. -    Warehousing capacity: 4 million tons of goods.-    Loading capacity: 50,000 tons/day. According to shareholder meeting document as at 19 Oct 2021, it had three investors in which, Mr. DUONG THANH HAI - legal representative is holding 99%.
