The subject was founded in Nov 2017, however, it did not operate officially in the three first years of operation. After shareholders of TVH IMPORT EXPORT AND TRADING GENERAL INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY was acquired all shares of the subject, it was renamed to “HTV TRADING GENERAL COMPANY LIMITED” in 2020.TVH IMPORT EXPORT AND TRADING GENERAL INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY focused on retailing smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, computers and related accessories with a chain of Cellphones stores in Hanoi City, Thai Nguyen City, Hai Duong Province, Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong Province. According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Van - the deputy director, the above company transferred totally its labor force, BOD, business activities, Cellphones stores in the Northern region to the subject in early 2021. Meanwhile, Cellphones stores in the Southern region were transferred to DIEU PHUC TECHNOLOGY SERVICES AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED. Then TVH IMPORT EXPORT AND TRADING GENERAL INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY was dissolved in Sep 2022.Thanks to the social distancing policy during the Covid Pandemic, market demand for smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers become more abundant, along with inheriting all business activities and facilities from TVH IMPORT EXPORT AND TRADING GENERAL INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, the subject's business situation was good in 2021 and its sales continued to climb in 2022. However, As shared by Mr. Nguyen Anh Van, the growth ratio eases down because of the difficult economy in 2023. He added that total revenue of the subject in the first quarter of 2023 only rose by 15% in comparison with the same period of last year, and this ratio will reduce to 10% in the months of late 2023.
