On the legal, the subject is invested by two companies - FUHONG PRECISION COMPONENT(BAC GIANG) COMPANY LIMITED and FUNING PRECISION COMPONENT COMPANY LIMITED under the charter capital of VND 3,548,100,000,000, equivalent to USD 150,000,000, increasing from VND 2,096,100,000,000 since April 2023. The subject specializes in manufacturing communication equipment and consumer electronics, namely Wi-Fi AP, switches, and routers. Besides, it also processes covers, metal parts, and plastic parts for electronics. As shared by an accountant, besides the head office at Lot M1 and Lot F, Quang Chau Industrial Park, Van Trung Commune, Viet Yen District, Bac Giang Province, Vietnam, the subject has hired more a workshop at Lot T1, Quang Chau Industrial Park since early 2023 to expand its scale. As planned, this workshop is estimated to officially run at the end of this year but due to some difficulties from the economic downturn, this project will be run operation in 2024. To expand its scale, the subject also increased the investment capital to USD 337,916,000 instead of USD 334,500,000 previously, the accountant revealed.
