The subject is considered as member company of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation. The subject is responsible for investing and developing Ocean Valley Tourism Complex project (known as Novaworld Phan Thiet) on area of 1,000 hectares. According to press information, this project was licensed for investment in Jul 2008. However, it took the subject up to 11 years to implement compensation and site clearance. In 2019, the project was started to build. In this project, the subject has collaborated with prestigious construction companies like Ricons, Hoa Binh Group… Up to now, NovaWorld Phan Thiet completed some works and completing procedures to put them into operation such as 36-hole golf course, resort villas, restaurants, amusement and hotel park. The subject plans to continue constructing the remaining items according to progress and construction permits and complete the entire project by the end of 2025.With investment capital of up to USD 5 billion, Novaworld Phan Thiet owns world-class tourism, resorts, sports and entertainment facilities such as Miami Bikini Beach marine park (16 hectares), NovaDreams Adventure amusement park (25 hectares), PGA golf course with 36 holes, 10,000-seat Arena performance center, sport complex area for international tournaments, more than 20 famous brand hotels and resort, shopping malls, a system of emergency resuscitation centers, clinics and community healthcare services centers, shop-houses, townhouses, villas…
