Qazvin Civil And Construction Company Public Joint Stock (Iran)

The Main Activity of the Company isthe field of real estate investment, development and implementation of housing, building, urban and rural development, the provision of technical and engineering services and affiliated industries for the purchase and sale of real estate and the construction and civil engineering projects and any related services.
The Company established as a Public Joint Stock Company under registeration No. 9706 in Qazvin on 31 January 2008.
The Company listed in Iran FaraBourse on 3 August 2013.
To fulfill The Company goals, the company takes the following actions:
Attraction of funds
Saving funds directly and indirectly and investing in all plans, projects and all financial and economic markets inside and outside the country.
Issue and sale of partnership papers and securities in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations
Encouragement and facilitation of investment for natural and legal persons, whether domestic or foreign
Establishing companies and buying and selling securities and shares of companies and all legal entities for the purpose of developing the activities of the company s branches, whether domestic or foreign, and participation with legal and natural persons
Direct investment or participation in projects and projects of the subject matter of the company, consulting and contracting companies and housing construction companies, as well as manufacturers of materials, implements and tools for urban and rural construction, as well as tourism, industrial, commercial, agricultural and other manufacturing companies.
Studying, buying and selling of property, materials, tools and tools needed for the subject of the company and other property in order to meet the needs and in order to achieve the goals of the company
Obtaining financial and credit facilities from state and non-governmental banks, both domestic and foreign, and other financial and credit institutions, as well as other natural and legal persons, both domestic and foreign, in accordance with the relevant regulations.
