The company requested to be listed and entered on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) In the end of 2010, with B category of shares, named – CIGPANNONIA. The company was established with the aims to carry out insurance activities and activities auxiliary to financial services. The Issuer is presently engaged in the life insurance business in Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. The leading product offered by CIG in Hungary is unit-linked life insurance. Through its subsidiaries the company operates in the areas of life insurance, individual investment portfolios, investment instruments, motor vehicles, travel, property and liability insurance.
