Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. is the Croatian arm of Austria’s state-owned banking and leasing group Hypo Group Alpe Adria.
The Zagreb-based bank was set up in March, 1996 under the name Hypo Banka Croatia d.d. and was renamed to Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. three years later.
