Golden Pyramids Plaza was established in 1991 under the law 159 of the year 1981 and its amendments. The company is engaged in the establishment of a tourist complex in Nasr City which is known as City Stars. It was listed in Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchange on 20/08/1997. CITYSTARS is considered to be the first integrated urban development project of its kind in the Middle East and Europe. It consists of three international hotels including 1500 room accommodation options, shopping and entertainment center, a medical center, office and residential towers. The hotels are namely InterContinental CITYSTARS, Holiday Inn and Stars hotel. The hotels offer all types of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, casino, health clubs and swimming pools, located right next door to Stars Centre, the largest retail and leisure complex in the Middle East and Europe.
