What is the ISI2GO mobile app?

ISI2GO is a mobile application offering the best of EMIS and DealWatch services, including real-time news, market data, company information, M&A, ECM and DCM deal information straight to your iPhone or BlackBerry smartphone.

What devices does it work on?

The application is designed to work on all generations of iPhone and Blackberry smartphones except for 8700 and less than 4.X OS version for BB.

How do I download the application onto my device?

Log in to the iPhone store (http://www.apple.com/itunes/affiliates/download) or BlackBerry store (http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/11644) and download the app directly to your device.

The following countries support the BlackBerry APP store: Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guam, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad And Tobago, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela

Do I need to pay for the application?

ISI2GO is a free service available to current EMIS and DealWatch single user subscribers. For non-single user accounts (library/site/intranet access), please contact Customer Service. For nonsubscribers, you will be prompted to register using the registration form from the app.

Is this a single application?

ISI2GO combines EMIS2GO (EMIS) and DealWatch2GO (DealWatch) into just one single application. Access to both services depends on current web subscription.

If im a web subscriber of EMIS, not of DealWatch, can I have this application?

Yes, but you will have only access to EMIS2GO service. DealWatch2GO access will be denied.

If im a web subscriber of DealWatch, not of EMIS, can I have this application?

Yes, but you will have only access to DealWatch2GO service. EMIS2GO access will be denied.

Is there a difference between the EMIS2GO mobile app and EMIS?

From Top Stories to Company Snapshots, the EMIS2GO application provides the same award-winning service provided by EMIS.

Is there a difference between the DealWatch2GO mobile app and EMIS?

DealWatch2GO put same news, deals and coverage you find on the web service.

If im using one application and I want to switch to the other, what do I have to do?

Just by clicking on EMIS2GO or DealWatch2GO top buttons you switch between applications.

I can't sign in to the application?

Log in with your current EMIS username and password. If you are still having trouble or have forgotten your password, please contact cs@securities.com.

How do I log out of the app?

Just close the app and you will be logged out.

How do I remove the application from my iPhone or BlackBerry?

To remove the app, follow the same procedure that you use for any other iPhone or BlackBerry application.

I cannot find the content I am looking for?

The application has a constantly expanding archive of news content on all EMIS and DealWatch. This is accessible through the search function.

Will ISI Emerging Markets add new features to the ISI2GO mobile application?

ISI is currently working to expand the feature set of their mobile application to more closely reflect the full content on EMIS and DealWatch. ISI2GO users will be notified of applications updates on their smartphones.

How can I send feedback or contact support when using the Mobile application?

You have to go to "Settings" tab and click on "Contact Support".
