Do I need to pay for the application?
EMIS2GO is a free service available to current EMIS single user subscribers. For non-single user accounts (library/site/intranet access), please contact Customer Service. For nonsubscribers, you will be prompted to register using the registration form from the app.
Is there a difference between the EMIS2GO mobile app and EMIS?
From Top Stories to Company Snapshots, the EMIS2GO application provides the same award-winning service provided by EMIS.
I can't sign in to the application?
Log in with your current EMIS username and password. If you are still having trouble or have forgotten your password, please contact cs@securities.com.
How do I log out of the app?
Just close the app and you will be logged out.
How do I remove the application from my iPhone or BlackBerry?
To remove the app, follow the same procedure that you use for any other iPhone application.
I cannot find the content/stock I am looking for?
The app has a constantly expanding archive of news content, and markets information on all EMIS. Both are accessible through the search function.
Will ISI Emerging Markets add new features to the EMIS2GO mobile application?
ISI is currently working to expand the feature set of their mobile application to more closely reflect the full content on EMIS. EMIS2GO users will be notified of app updates on their smartphones.
