Position: Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
- Attend to client's queries on our database service in Korea.
- Perform on-site servicing work such as training and presentation of company products to clients.
- Develop, maintain and expand relationships with clients and other related PR work.
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing Team including maintenance of in-house client database.
- Traveling may be required.
- Set-up office locally at the beginning stage.
- Allow to work in Seoul Korea.
Requirements:
- Accountancy, economic, finance or business administrative degree.
- At least 2 years working experience in research, investment or related fields.
- Prior experience with client servicing in the investment field will be an advantage.
- Native in Korean and Good spoken/written in English.
- Spoken/written Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Remuneration Structure:
- Full time position Three month probation period.
- Salary as per market for the right candidate.
- Upon successful completion of probation.
- Eligible to participate into commission scheme based on clients renewals status.
- Eligible to participate into Medical Insurance scheme.

Position: Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- To identify new business opportunities in KOREA for the company’s economic database products
- To perform product demo at client sites
- To develop, maintain and expand relationships with existing client accounts
- To demonstrate as a strong team member and to work with people across an organization to solve client problems efficiently and thoroughly
- To set up new company in Korea
- Travelling may be required
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics or related business disciplines
- 2 years in direct sales or account management experience in financial industry. Sales experience with financial data vendor an advantage
- Keen interest and understanding of the Financial and Banking environment, and the market data/research requirements of divisions such as Corporate Banking, Credit Research, Risk Management, Equities Research, Fund Management, Economists, Corporate Finance, Corporate Planning etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Korean is a must
- Aggressive, self-motivated and target-oriented
Remuneration Structure:
- Full time position Three month probation period
