Position: CAP PERL Developer

Job Description:
Develop core applications which are more focused on data collection from web in an unstructured format and processing into a more structure document or posting to Database. There are in house power full well tested systems which we use for data collection over the web which needs to be fine tuned and enhanced. Also Assist the automation team while implementation and configuration of difference websites/instances.


Requirements:
  • Should have ability to learn existing system from documents and enhance the documentations.
  • Hands on experience with Unix Environment.
  • Expertise in perl / shell scripting / awk or other scripting language is the key.
  • Good Knowledge of MySQL or any other SQL Database from a developers perspective.
  • Should have ability to work with remote team members.
  • Good knowledge of standard Internet technologies. e.g. HTML, XML, CGI scripts , javascripts , Ajax , SOAP etc
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Either as a web developer using perl/php or other linux based languages OR System administrators with strong scripting and database knowledge aspiring to move into a development job profile.

  • Excellent sales, presentation, negotiation and team skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and economics essential
  • Understanding of research, investment & planning workflow of potential user groups
  • Fluent English essential. Hindi & additional Indian languages helpful
  • Ability to work independently
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or Business essential

Remuneration Structure:

  • Full time position
  • Three month probation period
  • Salary as per market for the right candidate
