Gary Mueller - Chairman
Gary Mueller is Chairman of ISI Emerging Markets. Gary founded ISI in 1994 and has led the company ever since. In 1999, Euromoney PLC acquired 80% of ISI. In 2001, Gary was appointed to the Board of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC.
Prior to ISI Emerging Markets, Gary worked in emerging markets, primarily on privatization, as part of the economic reform team that assisted Russia on its transition to a market economy. He then worked for KPMG's privatization group in Poland.In addition to his duties with ISI, Gary is also Chairman and CEO of Institutional Investor, a leading financial media company (www.institutionalinvestor.com) and Chairman of IMN, the international conference company acquired by Euromoney (www.imn.org).
Gary also serves on the board of advisors of Endeavor, a non-profit organization supporting entrepreneurship in emerging markets and the Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School.
Gary is a graduate of Harvard College (1988) and Harvard Business School (1994). Gary was a Fulbright Scholar in Frankfurt, Germany (1988-1990).

Brian de Lacy - Chief Executive Officer
Brian de Lacy joined ISI Emerging Markets as Chief Operating Officer in June 1999 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in October of 2002. Prior to joining ISI, Brian spent 17 years at Reuters starting in sales based in South Africa and then moving via sales management into P&L management based in the United States of America. Prior to joining Reuters, Brian worked in the Investment and Foreign Exchange divisions of a leading South African bank.
Brian attended university in South Africa and is a graduate of the Boston University Graduate School of Management where he received his MBA. He has been a director of ISI since June 1999.

James R. Hammond III - Executive Vice President of Marketing and Product Development
James Hammond is Executive Vice President of ISI Emerging Markets, and responsible for Marketing and Product Development. He started with ISI in May of 1997.
Prior to his current position, James was the company's Regional Director for Latin America, Country Manager for Chile, and Country Manager for Mexico.
Before joining ISI, he was Associate Publisher for Latin America with World Times, Inc. James holds an MSM from the Arthur D. Little School of Management in Cambridge, and a BA in Philosophy from Columbia University in New York.

Antonio Monteiro - Chief Information Officer
Antonio Monteiro is Chief Information Officer responsible for technology and development. He has been with ISI Emerging Markets since March of 2001.
Prior to joining ISI, he was Director of Technology at RR Donnelly Financial and spent 15 years at Reuters in various capacities, working in South Africa, Latin America, North America and the Caribbean.
Antonio has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Cape Technikon, Cape Town, South Africa.

Aloisio Parente - Regional Director, Asia
Aloisio Parente is the Regional Director for Asia, currently based in Hong Kong.
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he graduated in Marketing, worked in different publishing businesses and in an IT consulting firm before joining ISI Emerging Markets. At ISI, he started as Product Manager in Brazil. He was promoted to Country Manager for Brazil, and then to Vice President of Product Development in New York and London. In 2003, Aloisio was promoted to Regional Director for Asia and is based in Hong Kong.

Gabriela C. Ruggeri - Regional Director, Latin America
Gabriela Ruggeri is the Regional Director for ISI Emerging Markets in Latin America and is currently based in São Paulo, Brazil. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Gabriela joined ISI in February 1997 as Product Manager for Argentina based in Buenos Aires. She was later promoted to Regional product Manager for Latin America based in Santiago, Chile and, in 2002, was promoted to General Manager for Brazil and Argentina based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Prior to joining ISI she worked for Fundación Invertir Argentina promoting Foreign Direct Investment in Argentina followed by a stint at Putnam Investments based in Boston, Massachusetts where she assisted with the analysis of funds in the international and institutional communications department.
Gabriela is a graduate in Economics from the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) in Buenos Aires.

Martin Bauer - Managing Director Europe/UK; President Euromoney Polska SA
Martin J. Bauer is Managing Director Europe/UK with ISI Emerging Markets and President of Euromoney Polska SA, the Polish subsidiary of ISI Emerging Markets.
Prior to ISI Emerging Markets, Martin worked in senior management positions at Reuters and Dow Jones.

Agnes Au - Director of CEIC Data Company Limited
Agnes joined CEIC Data Company Ltd. in 1996 as a Senior Manager in sales and marketing. Subsequently she has held several managerial positions of increasing responsibility within the company, culminating in her role as General Manager of Operations reporting directly to the Managing Director. In this role, Agnes led the expansion of CEIC to become a globally recognized Asian Research Data provider with customers all over the world. After the acquisition of CEIC by Internet Securities, Inc. trading as ISI Emerging Markets, Agnes was appointed a Director of CEIC in April 2005 and continues to oversee global operations of the company.
Prior to joining
CEIC, Agnes held various sales and marketing positions with Investamatics and Bridge Information System. She has worked in the financial information industry for over 14 years. Agnes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Honors) degree from University of Central Florida, USA.

Arlene Keenan - Projects Manager
Arlene Keenan is Projects Manager for ISI Emerging Markets, with responsibility for special projects and acquisitions across the Group. Arlene joined ISI in 1999 as Financial Controller for Europe and Asia. Prior to joining ISI, Arlene was a Financial Services Manager at KPMG in London.
Arlene is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.

Alfredo Canta - Vice President of Finance
Alfredo Canta is Vice President of Finance for ISI Emerging Markets, and responsible for finance and administration operations across the group.
He started at ISI in September 2000 as Corporate Controller.
Before joining ISI, he was the Regional Finance Manager for Asia of Euromoney Institutional Investor and a Director of Euromoney Publications (Jersey) Ltd.
Prior to his position with the Euromoney Institutional Investor Group, Alfredo was the Chief Accountant at Global Sources Media Group in Manila. Previously he was a Senior Auditor at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.), the affiliate of Ernst & Young International in the Philippines.
Alfredo holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce majoring in Accountancy from San Beda College in Manila. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.
