| On April 09, 2007, Viet Star Securities Corporation came into operation officially with the charter capital of VND20 billion. Then, after the second quarter 2007, the company raised charter capital to VND36billion. The company’s charter capital is VND135 billion since December 2007. Currently, the company operates in 4 main business lines: Brokerage, Propriety dealing, Financial advisory and Securities Investment and Securities Depository. |

| According to the Individual - Audited financial statement for the third quarter of 2012, total net operating revenues decreased with -19.24%, from VND 3,719.25 millions to VND 3,003.74 millions.
