Doji Gold & Gems Group Joint Stock Company, located in Ha Noi, was established on 28/07/1994. Formerly known as TTD Trading and Technology Development Company, it quickly became the first company to introduce Vietnam Star Ruby stone products to the international market. The company is known as the star Ruby king of the world, putting Vietnam on the international Gem map. From 2009 - 2023, Doji Group aims to excel in the fields of Gold and Silver Gems, expand investment in Real Estate, tourism, restaurants, and venture into Finance and Banking. It successfully restructured TPBank Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Doji Group has 14 member companies, 4 associated companies, 50 branches, nearly 200 centers, and over 400 agents nationwide. It has a total equity capital of VND 6,000 billion, total assets of VND 15,000 billion, and nearly 3,000 employees. In 2012, Doji successfully restructured Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank and became a strategic shareholder. TPBank focuses on digital banking and has implemented modern infrastructure and technology solutions. In 2014, Doji expanded its business and established DOJILAND Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. It has undertaken various real estate projects, including luxury apartment complexes, hotels, and urban areas. In 2019, Doji Tower, the headquarters of the Group, was opened in Hanoi. It became the largest Center of Gold, Silver, Gems, and Jewelry in the country. In 2020, Doji Group acquired Diamond World Company, one of the largest jewelry retailers in Vietnam. In 2021, Doji introduced the first smart jewelry shopping model in Vietnam, called Doji Smart, which incorporates advanced technologies such as smart robots, virtual try-on, and virtual reality. In 2022, Doji launched Doji Tower in HCMC, a 19-storey building considered the most advanced Jewelry Center in the city. Doji Group has achieved impressive revenue growth and brand value. It has received several prestigious awards, including the First Class Labor Medal and the Second Class Labor Medal from the President of Vietnam. It has been recognized as one of the Top 5 largest private enterprises in Vietnam for 13 consecutive years and ranks 11th among the 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam. The Group is also a Vietnam National Brand for 12 consecutive years.
