| Arima Optoelectronics was established in 1998.It went public in 1999 was registered in Emerging Market in 2003 and listed in 2004.In 2006 it combined with Watson epitaxy, and then merged with outsourcing vendor called Pengzheng dealing with cutting and grinding grain.In the same year the Board of Directors resolution split laser diodes under division, and set up a new company Huaxin.
