The Company was an indirect subsidiary of OYAK in the past (50% of the shares were belong to Adana Çimento and the other 50% were belong to Işıklar Holding). OYAK first took over the whole of the Işıklar Holding's stake, then took over the 31% of the Adana Çimento's stake. At present, OYAK has 81% of the shares and Adana Çimento has 19% of the shares.
