Aydın Örme Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.' foundation was laid by Mr. Turgut Aydın with a small shop in Sultanhamam in early 1970. The Istanbul Sarıgazi Production Plant in Istanbul was established in 1991. The curtains and other home textile products that had been marketed in Sultanhamam for years were started to be manufactured at Aydın Örme's production plant as from 1991.
