| Created in 1994 in the form of Investment Company with a fixed capital of 10MDT, Tuninvest was transformed into venture capital company (SICAR) in 1998. Like any other brokerage company, SICAR has the role to take part in the capital of companies in order to restructure them, to create value, to disinvest and reassign the capital with its shareholders. In 1998, it was listed in Tunisian Stock Exchange. In 2006, its capital reached 6279000 Tunisian Dinar. |
