| Slovenska zarucna a rozvojova banka, a.s. (SZRB) launched operations in Slovakia in 1991. It provides guarantees to business entities that do not own sufficient collateral for a commercial loan. Beneficiaries of bank loans may be private persons or legal entities, municipalities and, in special cases, legal entities set up pursuant to the Civil Code. Bank guarantees are mainly provided to small and medium entrepreneurs and corporate entities for project financing. |
