| Kinex Bytca is a member of HTC Holding and ranks among the largest producers of special bearings in Slovakia. The company supplies mainly automotive, bicycle, textile, aircraft producers and almost all its output is exported through Kinex Bearings. |

For the rest of the year, Kinex expects monthly sales at EUR 1.75 million, and financial performance similar as in the first half of the year. The measures taken in cost control allow the company to assume a balanced budget with a profit estimated at EUR 129,000 at the end of the year. |
