SP AusNet (SPN) is a diversified energy infrastructure business, operating Victoria's primary electricity transmission network and electricity distribution network in eastern Victoria plus a gas distribution network in western Victoria. Singapore Power International Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Power Ltd, owns a 51% interest in SPN. Each security of SPN consists of one share in each of SP AusNet Transmission and SP AusNet Distribution and one unit in SP AusNet Finance Trust.
