| Golden Ocean Group Limited (The Company) is a leading international dry bulk shipping company based in Bermuda, mainly operating in the Capesize and Panamax market segments. The Golden Ocean group fleet is managed by the wholly owned subsidiary Golden Ocean Management AS, based in Oslo, Norway. The Company was established in 2004 in connection with a de-merger and spin-off of dry bulk activities from Frontline Ltd, and the shares were admitted to trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange in the same year. | ||
