In 2001, S & T Romania acquired Netway Computer Systems, and in 2002 the company merged with Plaut Consulting. In 2003, S & T Romania acquired Fujitsu Services Subsidiaries in 7 countries, including Romania. In 2007, the company acquired Information Management Group. |
