| The new strategy of the company involves extending its existing business by building a financial holding that will invest in and manage companies from various industries, in collaboration with institutions operating on the U.S. market. Until now the main subject of the company's activities was the production and sales of functional drinks under the brand ViaGuara, which in future is to be transferred to a special purpose company. |
