Grupo Comercial Chedraui S.A.B. de C.V, founded in 1987, is a holding which groups companies engaged in the commercialization and distribution of various items through supermarkets and department stores, as well as bakeries. It also has a real estate division in charge of real estate acquisition, construction and marketing of group´s projects. Its shares are quoted on the Mexican Stock Exchange since 2010. In September, 2012, it announced the acquisition of 8 stores in the United States |
