Central Cooperative Bank AD Skopje is a Macedonian commercial bank, which was established under the name Sileks Bank in 1993. It was part of Sileks holding company that includes mining, tourism, construction, farming and trading operations.
In February 2008, Bulgaria's Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) acquired a majority stake in in Sileks bank and renamed it to Centralna Kooperativna Banka Skopje several months later.
In April 2010, CCB acquired 93.72% stake in Stater bank Kumanovo and merged it into Central Cooperative Bank Skopje in January the following year.
