Tess Agro Plc (Sri Lanka)

Tess Agro Plc is a company located in Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. It was incorporated in 1980 as part of the TESS Group, which is a diversified group of companies involved in engineering, export of marine products, deep sea fishing services, and export of agricultural produce. The TESS Group is the largest exporter of marine products from Sri Lanka to the European markets and is among the top 10 perishable exporters from Sri Lanka to the global market. The company enjoys BOI status and a 15-year tax holiday. The Engineering Division of Tess Agro Plc is responsible for technical planning and selection of machinery and equipment, installation and commissioning of refrigeration plants and cold storage rooms, implementation of electrical and mechanical works, and fabrication of local devices. They also provide workshop facilities for maintenance and undertake steel fabrication of low-pressure vessels, condensers, and control panels. Additionally, Tess Agro Plc offers tender services for the supply and installation of VMS and other equipment for the government and private sector.
