Euromax, which was established in 2005, is local supermarket chain. In August 2008, Serbian company Delta Maxi acquired 100% stake in the firm from local businessman Samir Mane. At the time of the sale, Euromax operated 17 stores throughout the country. In March 2011, Belgian food retailer Delhaize Group agreed to buy 100% of Euromax, the deal is expected to be completed in Q3 2011. |
